Germany is home to one of the most profitable soccer leagues in all of Europe, the Bundesliga. As you may guess, soccer is very popular there.

Golf is considered an elite sport in Germany. In the past 20 years, golf has sky rocketed in popularity and many more people are starting to play golf. Germany has started hosting annual professional golf tournaments as well. Many more German golfers have started playing in tournaments in The US and the UK. There has also been an increase in wins for German golfers.

Tennis is also thought of as an elite sport. Boris Becker is the youngest Mens singles champion at Wimbeldon. He is one of the best Male tennis players ever. Steffi Graf is the only player in history to win all 4 grand slam titles and a olympic medal in the same calender year. Germany also has a national tennis team that both Boris Becker and Steffi Graf were both on at one time.
